Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in London is seeking ambitious individuals to join a fast-paced recruitment team. You’ll interview and assess candidates, build strong relationships with schools and clients, source high-quality candidates, and manage your own recruitment desk while pursuing weekly KPIs.

You’ll receive daily coaching from experienced consultants, structured training, and clear progression paths into leadership roles.

If you’re a recent graduate:

• We want graduates who can demonstrate that they worked throughout university alongside their studies.
• Your previous experience could include:

• Hospitality
• Sales
