Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in London is seeking a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Starts ASAP with a £32,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000; Year 2 OTE: £40,000+; top performers can earn significantly more.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and a clear path from Trainee Consultant to Senior Consultant and beyond, with opportunities to progress and a long-term career.

London Head Office | Start Date: ASAP

£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000

Year 2 OTE: £40,000+
