As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will interview and place candidates into schools, build pipelines, write profiles and pursue weekly KPIs, with daily support and structured training from in-house specialists.

• £30,000 base salary

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Interview and place candidates into schools
• Build and manage candidate pipelines

• Earn commission as you progress through the role

You'll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.
