• Learn the 360 sales process and win business through cold calls, nurture client relationships across the UK, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handle sales activities by selling services to clients, selling roles to candidates, and selling candidates to clients.
• Operate with full autonomy to tackle markets across the UK; demonstrate relentless hard work and readiness to face challenges.
• Engage in high-quality training and develop career progression opportunities within the company.
