This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate, Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor that specialises in luxury new builds and refurbishments. In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, with your time split between the office and occasional site visits. You will assist in producing cost plans and cash flows, as well as preparing tenders and pricing documents. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the tender process, evaluations, and contract negotiations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will attend site and client meetings to help ensure projects run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual looking to take their first step into the construction sector, eager to progress and develop their career.
