Job summary

Team Jobs - Commercial in Bournemouth is seeking a meticulous Trainee Property Manager to support residential block and development management, with hands-on training from an experienced team. You will handle enquiries, coordinate repairs, assist with inspections and keep property records up to date.

A full UK driving licence and own car are essential, with training and progression opportunities offered. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with benefits including generous leave, on-site

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience in property administration or office environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from residents, clients and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor visits.
• Assist with property inspections and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate property and compliance records.
• Support service charge budgets, insurance queries and residents' meetings.
