haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh is looking for a Trainee Property Manager. In this role you will gain hands-on experience across lettings and property management, with a clear career path and comprehensive training provided from day one.

No prior experience required; you'll build strong client relationships, learn inspections, tenancy renewals, and landlord communications as you progress. The position offers full-time hours, an OTE salary with uncapped commission and generous benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
