You will coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with lettings legislation, manage renewals and inspections, and maintain accurate records alongside a supportive local team. ARLA is encouraged and a full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties in Bournemouth.
• Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
• Handle tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs and notices.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve issues promptly.
