You will coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with lettings legislation, manage renewals and inspections, and maintain accurate records alongside a supportive local team. ARLA is encouraged and a full UK driving license is required.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Bournemouth area

• Previous experience in residential property management and lettings
• ARLA qualification preferred or willingness to work towards it
• Knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 notices advantageous

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Professional approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Full UK driving licence
