Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property in St Neots is seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join our growing team. Training is provided to develop you into a Property Manager, with the office based in St Neots and flexible hybrid options.

You will support the property portfolio, handle client enquiries, attend site visits, and assist with budgets and compliance to deliver excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Property, Housing or customer focused environment.
• First class Customer service experience.
• Good level of IT experience including use of CRM and MS applications.
• Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise.
• Good literacy and numerical skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Team Player and keen to develop a career in estates management.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress a career in Property.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations and process.
• Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions.
• Attending client meetings and regular site visits.
• Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets for buildings.
• Supporting with building compliance management.
• Supporting with buildings Major works projects.
• Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, save and pleasant for residents.
