Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Property Manager to support a portfolio from the St Neots office. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service within a leading block/property management team and offers progression opportunities.

The position includes hybrid working options and a clear development path with funded qualifications, with a 37.5-hour week and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property, Housing or customer focused sector.
• First class Customer service experience.
• Good level of IT experience including use of CRM and MS applications.
• Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise.
• Good literacy and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations.
• Dealing with client enquiries via phone and email and taking appropriate actions.
• Attending client meetings and regular site visits.
• Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Overseeing building compliance management.
• Overseeing Section 20 Processes / Major works projects.
• Working with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents.
