Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Property Manager for a leading block/real estate management business in the St Neots area. You will support the local portfolio, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Training is provided to develop into a full Property Manager, with flexible hybrid working and a clear career path. The role offers up to £32k (dependent on experience), 37.5 hours weekly, and benefits including holiday entitlement and progression opportunities through funded

Qualifications

• Experience in property, housing or customer-focused sector.
• First-class customer service experience.
• Good level of IT experience including CRM and MS applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations.
• Deal with client inquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Oversee contractors' performance and any maintenance issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Oversee building compliance management.
• Support Section 20 processes and major works projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to keep buildings clean, safe and pleasant for residents.

Our leading Block / Real Estate Management client is seeking a customer focused candidate they can develop into a Property Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the St Neots office, you will play a key role in supporting the office Property portfolio based in the local area ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.

• Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week

Duties include (Training provided)

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
• Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
• Attending client meetings and regular site visits
• Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues
• Preparing and monitoring budgets
• Overseeing building compliance management

• Overseeing Section 20 Processes / Major works projects
• Working with internal departments to ensure your building remain clean, save and pleasant for residents

Experience Needed:

• Experience with the Property, Housing or customer focused sector
• First class Customer service experience
• Good level of IT experience including use of CRM an d MS applications
• Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise
• Good literacy and numerical skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Team Player and keen to develop a career in estates management
• Keen to learn, develop and progress a career in Property
