Job summary

Randstad CPE, a leading property business, is recruiting a Property Manager to join our St Neots office on a permanent basis. You will support the local property portfolio and deliver excellent client service.

Training provided; the role offers hybrid working, a 37.5 hour week, and a salary up to £32k plus benefits and a bonus scheme. A clear development path with funded qualifications is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the property, housing or customer-focused sector.
• IT proficiency including CRM and MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Team player keen to develop a career in estates management.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations.
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Oversee contractors' performance and maintenance issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Oversee building compliance and resident comfort.
