Responsibilities

Become a Property Expert: manage a portfolio of private residential developments and ensure residents receive excellent service.
Build strong client relationships and address client needs and inquiries.
Drive excellent customer service to residents and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee property operations including maintenance, contractors, budgets and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for residents.
