haart Estate Agents is seeking a motivated Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Northampton and Coventry. This role offers full training to develop your skills in residential property management, allowing you to support the management of properties and learn from experienced colleagues.

You will work from the Coventry branch with the wider team across Coventry and Northampton. The program includes paid training at our development centre, progression opportunities and benefits such as

• Full training provided in property management.
• Support the management of residential properties.

Responsabilidades

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
