We are seeking a dedicated and eager Trainee Property Manager to join our Romford team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in property management, with full training and support provided. As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Romford, you will receive:

• £29,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Training Journey:

• One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
• Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints and check-in/out procedures
