Training Journey

Your training begins with one week at our dedicated Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

• Industry-leading training sessions
• Accommodation at our hotel, with meals provided

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Managing maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling deposit returns and resolving arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints and check-in/out procedures
