We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Islington. This role offers hands-on experience and expert training in a dynamic industry. You will build strong client relationships and develop essential skills to manage a diverse property portfolio. As a Trainee Property Manager at Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Islington, you will receive:
  • £29,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
  • Full-time hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and 9 am to 5 pm one-in-four Saturdays

Your journey as a Property Manager begins with a week at the Learning & Development Centre:

How you will make an impact:
  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and completing check-in/out procedures with full inventory reports
