We are looking for customer service-focused individuals to train as property managers and act as ambassadors for the company. Supporting our Lettings business within the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, providing excellent service to drive growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.

Location: London - Hammersmith, Balham, Twickenham, Shoreditch

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with your Property Management team to ensure all properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation.
2. Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the property's lifecycle, including Pre-Tenancy Inspections.
3. Perform administrative tasks, maintain records and logs accurately.
4. Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to retain and develop business opportunities.
5. Monitor completion of works and keep all parties updated.
6. Assist at the end of tenancies, including deposit return communications.
7. Resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
8. Promote portfolio improvements by actively supporting the refurbishments team.
9. Stay updated with relevant legislation.
10. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure effective communication.
