Job summary

Williams Manufacturing is seeking a Trainee Product Manager in the West Midlands. The role focuses on administrative product support, product engagement, and tracking success across digital and physical filing systems for development and timelines.

You will help develop product specifications and analyze market trends to inform pricing and launch strategies. With exposure to end-to-end NPI and strong MS Office skills, you will gain full ownership of products over time and grow toward a Product

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end NPI lifecycle and product launches.
• Track product KPIs and progress; update records as needed.
• Provide customer and technical support for product queries.
• Assist with exhibitions and trade shows and plan product trainings.
• Prepare sales performance and pricing benchmark reports.
• Progress toward a Product Manager role within the team.
