Williams Manufacturing in the West Midlands is seeking a hands-on Product and Marketing Manager to shape the product portfolio from concept to delivery, coordinating pricing, product positioning, and marketing communications with cross-functional teams.

You will lead end-to-end projects, manage multiple initiatives, and build strong business cases for new products based on market insights and customer requirements. A background in manufacturing or engineering is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and branding.
• Ownership of pricing strategy across product portfolio and leadership in price reviews.
• Cradle-to-grave project management across multiple projects.
