Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager in Tewkesbury. You will own the product portfolio, manage the full lifecycle, drive NPD, and lead launches from concept through to market.

You will translate technical product knowledge into compelling positioning and training for sales teams and customers. You will conduct market and competitive research, measure product performance, and work cross-functionally to optimise the range.

We're recruiting an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a growing manufacturing business in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone with strong product management experience. You'll take ownership of the product portfolio, manage the full product lifecycle and drive new product development (NPD) and launches from concept through to market. You'll need to know your products inside out, understanding their features, applications, customers and competitors, and be confident turning that knowledge into strong positioning, sales support and product training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and managing the full product lifecycle and product portfolio.
• Leading NPD projects and new product launches from concept to market.
• Reviewing product performance, sales, margins and market opportunities.
• Conducting customer, competitor and market research.
• Developing product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Be the internal product expert, delivering training & support to sales teams and customers.
• Identifying opportunities to develop, improve or rationalise the existing range.
• Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and product development teams.
• Taking ownership of projects and driving them forward independently.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical products or another product-led B2B environment would be advantageous.
