Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician in the Aylesford area to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to reach main dealer standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of hands-on garage experience, NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing), and a drive to learn high-end diagnostics. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing).
• Eagerness to learn high-end diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance on luxury vehicles.
• Assist senior technicians to complete diagnostic tasks.
• Ensure safety inspections are carried out to high standards.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus Scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus alternate Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview

Seeking a Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician who has a minimum of 6 months' garage experience to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to step up to main dealer standards.
