Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Tonbridge is seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy workshop team. You will handle routine servicing, diagnostics, safety inspections and repairs on modern luxury 4x4 vehicles.

Base in Tonbridge with options for overtime; full UK driving licence and your own hand tools are required. We offer manufacturer EV training, career progression and strong earning potential through a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Main dealer or strong independent workshop experience.
• Solid mechanical and electronic diagnostic capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and inspections.
• Conduct complex diagnostics and repairs on luxury 4x4 vehicles.
• Perform safety inspections and general repairs.
• Maintain workshop standards and document work performed.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) | £34,720 basic for entry Level 3, fast-tracking to £39,500
• Earnings: £44,220+ OTE with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £9,500+ per year
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Only 1 in 9 Saturday mornings + optional overtime)

• Training: Fully funded manufacturer EV certification, MOT tester qualification & F-Gas training
