Hawk Hiring LTD in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking an eager Vehicle Technician / Improver to carry out routine servicing, brakes, suspension and repairs, while working directly alongside Master Technicians to learn advanced diagnostics and complex fault-finding.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience).
• 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in a garage, dealership, or fast-fit environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into diagnostics.
• Full UK driving licence and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, brakes, suspension, and general repairs.
• Work alongside Master Technicians to learn advanced diagnostics and complex fault-finding.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + £4,000 team bonus (£34,000 - £39,000 Realistic OTE)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (Full 1-hour lunch | Strictly 100% weekend-free)
