Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for our Tonbridge area workshop, focusing on routine servicing, diagnostics, inspections and repairs on luxury 4x4 vehicles. You’ll work in a modern facility with top-tier training and a clear path for progression.

The role offers earning potential with a base up to £45,000 (dependent on experience), including an entry level £34,720 with fast tracking to £39,500, plus an uncapped bonus scheme averaging around £9,500+.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and complex diagnostics on modern luxury 4x4 vehicles.
• Conduct safety inspections and general repairs in the workshop.
• Diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repair work to premium brands.

Job description

• Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) | £34,720 basic for entry Level 3, fast-tracking to £39,500
• Earnings: £44,220+ OTE with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £9,500+ per year
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Only 1 in 9 Saturday mornings + optional overtime)
