Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge is seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy workshop team, handling routine servicing, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and general repairs on modern luxury 4x4 vehicles.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, experience in a main dealer or strong independent workshop, and a full UK driving licence with your own hand tools. Training and progression opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (dependent on experience) | £34,720 basic for entry Level 3, fast-tracking to £39,500
• Earnings: £44,220+ OTE with an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £9,500+ per year
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Only 1 in 9 Saturday mornings + optional overtime)
