Two weeks of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre will equip you with industry-leading methods. Expect full UK driving licence requirements and a structured path to two promotions in your first year.

You will work closely with landlords and tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, generate new business and build strong relationships that last. From your first viewing to securing a successful let, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while developing your confidence, communication and sales skills.

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Training

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
• Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

Please note: If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme. Compensation

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Elite bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
