Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Grays is recruiting a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. You will market properties to prospective tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and secure new tenancies while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Full training is provided at the Learning & Development Centre.

The role offers an OTE of £28,000 per year, uncapped commission, and a structured progression path. Expect 8:30–6 Monday to Friday and 9–5 on Saturdays with comprehensive benefits.

You will work closely with landlords and tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, generate new business and build strong relationships that last. From your first viewing to securing a successful let, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while developing your confidence, communication and sales skills.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Grays, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission

• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
