Spicerhaart is recruiting a Trainee Sales Negotiator for haart Estate Agents in Derby. You will start with a week of intensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, Colchester, with fully paid hotel stay and meals provided.

Your journey as a Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Driving Licence & Vehicle Insurance Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
• Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

What you will receive:

• £30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
