haart Estate Agents in Ashford is seeking a high-energy Trainee Lettings Negotiator. You will market rental properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancies while building strong landlord-tenant relationships.

The role includes a structured two-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre and ongoing development within a supportive team. The position offers a £28,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission, full-time hours and a clear path to promotion within the first year.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Ashford
  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre

The Finer Details

To be eligible to apply for this role, you will need:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Basic IT proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, such as:
  • Passport, or
  • Birth Certificate.

At some point(s) in your application process, you will be required to interview via video call.
