Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Stratford is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator. You will speak with landlords and tenants, arrange and conduct property viewings, register applicants and negotiate offers to progress deals to completion.

The role offers a structured training path at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, with two months guaranteed commission to help you build your pipeline and a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days leave and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Must have access to own vehicle.
• Full UK Driving Licence for manual or automatic car.
• Provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, no two days will be the same. You’ll be speaking with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, following up with applicants, registering new applicants, matching customers to properties, negotiating offers and helping to progress deals through to completion. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills through proactive calling, database management and generating new opportunities within your local market.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stratford

• £28000-£30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• A guaranteed commission for your first two months, whilst you build your pipeline
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stratford

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
