haart Estate Agents in Clacton is looking for a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team. No previous property experience required; we provide training, coaching and support to build knowledge and confidence as you help landlords and tenants, arrange viewings and guide tenants to their next home.

You will begin with two weeks at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, with fully-paid accommodation in Colchester and meals provided.

We are recruiting a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious team at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. From building relationships with landlords and tenants to arranging viewings and helping people find their next home, no two days will be the same.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton, you will receive:

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
