Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Earley is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to kickstart your property career. No experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided, with uncapped commission and a clear path to progression.

You will learn key lettings processes at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, gain practical experience in marketing properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and securing new tenancies, and you’ll build relationships with

• Full UK Driving Licence is required (manual or automatic).
• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
