Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping is recruiting a Trainee Lettings Agent to kick-start a career in London’s property market. The role offers structured training, a fully funded progression path, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days leave and a company pension.

You will learn sales, viewings, and tenancy negotiations, while developing relationships with landlords and tenants in a busy, vibrant area. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

As a Trainee Lettings Agent at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Wapping, you will receive:

• £30000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission

• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
