The Portfolio Group Inc. in Hinckley is seeking a Sales Consultant (SDR) to drive growth by opening doors to senior leaders, qualifying interest, and booking demos for our HR solutions.

This is an office-based, high-energy role with an base up to £30,000 and uncapped commissions plus quarterly bonuses. No specific experience is required; our Super Coaching Programme provides world-class training to turn graduates or career switchers into high-performing sales professionals.
