Plexus are hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!?

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.??

The role?:

All our recruitment consultants start out as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks.

We will train you to:

• Understand the requirements of our key clients
• Find candidates through job boards and advertising
• Qualify the candidates over the phone
• Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
• Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn

You will then have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:

• Work the full recruitment life cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!?
