Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

All new consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for the first weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on LinkedIn and online platforms

Then, you’ll have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:

• Work full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships to win new business
