We are expanding with our first international office opening soon! Our training programme will equip you with recruitment skills and knowledge of the crypto & blockchain space. Expect to be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

Initial weeks as a 180 delivery consultant, with training to:

• Understand client needs
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Progress to a 360 recruitment role, where you:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary.
