Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

All recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interview and hiring
• Build a personal brand online, e.g., LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, working the full recruitment lifecycle, generating leads, and developing client relationships to win new business.
