Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will prepare you with all you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

Initially, all new consultants work as 180 delivery consultants for a few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand online, especially on LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, allowing you to:

• Work the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commissions on top of a competitive base salary.
