Job summary

Castelan is seeking a Trainee Furniture Technician to join our field-based team. You will train through the Castelan Training Academy and work towards a Level 3 Furniture Technician Qualification awarded by Highfield Qualifications.

The role offers structured progression as you learn to inspect, diagnose, repair and restore furniture at customers' homes or commercial sites. You will travel within the designated region, supporting experienced technicians and delivering a professional service

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess and repair a range of furniture in customers' homes and premises.
• Identify faults, diagnose causes and determine repair solutions.

• Maintain professional, customer-focused service and keep customers informed.
