Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Carpentry & Joinery Trainer in Northamptonshire to deliver training up to Level 3 within a well-established FE environment. The role offers fully funded teacher training and a clear pathway from industry to teaching.

You will work Monday to Friday (37 hours) delivering practical and classroom-based sessions, helping learners develop safe workshop practices and skilled workmanship, with long-term stability and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery qualification is required.
• Strong hands-on industry experience in carpentry and joinery.
• Motivated to share industry knowledge and support learner development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Carpentry & Joinery training up to Level 3.
• Practical and classroom-based delivery, supporting learners trade skills.
• Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
