ChangeGroup UK at Gatwick Airport is seeking a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant to deliver first-class service to international travellers buying and selling foreign currency.

The ideal candidate will have Retail or Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills, and a sales mindset to promote products while meeting targets. Flexible, rotating shifts and a 40-hour week are required.

Foreign Exchange Sales Consultants - Gatwick Airport - Full Time

Exciting opportunities have arisen in our GATWICK Airport location to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and to helping them to achieve their goals.

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency.

Additional Information:

• It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
• You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
• The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.

• You must have the ability to work under pressure
• HOURS - Monday to Sunday, 5 days on and 3 days off, working variable days and hours on a rotational shift basis between the hours of 03:00am and 23:00pm.
• **You will need to be able to work across ALL shifts - early and late, averaging 40 hours per week**
• You must be eligible to work full time in the UK
