ChangeGroup UK at Gatwick Airport is seeking a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant to deliver first-class service to international travellers buying and selling foreign currency.

The ideal candidate will have Retail or Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills, and a sales mindset to promote products while meeting targets. Flexible, rotating shifts and a 40-hour week are required.

Qualifications

• Essential previous Retail or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and build rapport with customers.
• Sales-minded with ability to promote products and services while meeting targets.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to international travellers buying/selling foreign currency.
• Promote our foreign currency products and services and work towards sales targets.
• Be able to work across rotating shifts (03:00–23:00) and maintain high standards under pressure.
