As a Trainee Field Service Technician, you'll support the installation, servicing, preventative maintenance and repair of drinking water systems at customer locations. You'll learn the technical and customer service skills required to develop into a fully competent Field Service Technician.

Driving is an essential part of this role. Successful candidates must be able to satisfy Billi's driver eligibility and motor insurance requirements.
Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. Due to the nature of our customer base, some customer sites also require additional background screening, security clearance and compliance checks before access can be granted.
Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, engineering, construction, facilities management or other practical environments would be advantageous, but is not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
