Job summary

Billi is hiring a Trainee Field Service Technician to support installation, servicing and repair of drinking water systems across London. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, and offers structured training to develop into a competent field technician.

You will travel within North or North West London, drive a company vehicle, and complete service records while upskilling through a formal training programme and regular assessments.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, servicing and repair of drinking water systems.
• Support preventative maintenance and filter replacement programmes.
• Learn diagnostics and fault resolution on technical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador.
