Job summary

Precision People is seeking a Field Service Technician in West London & Heathrow who will install, service and repair tap units for commercial customers, traveling to client sites.

You will manage van stock, represent the company professionally, complete mandatory training, and cover West London and surrounding areas with supportive engineering teams.

Starting salary £28,000 to £32,000 per annum plus benefits, 23 days holiday, company van, and ongoing technical training.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing equipment, ideally white goods or commercial appliances.
• Confident using hand tools and basic testing equipment, including a multimeter.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service environment.
• Able to perform manual handling/heavy lifting involved in the role.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Happy working independently in a field-based position.

Responsibilities

My client is a leading supplier of high-end hydration and refreshment systems for commercial spaces, trusted by some of the UK's biggest brands. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll travel to client sites to install, service, and maintain advanced water systems, ensuring they perform flawlessly.

The Role - Field Service Technician

Minimum Skills / Experience Required

• Previous experience servicing, repairing or maintaining equipment, ideally within white goods or domestic/commercial appliances.
• Confident using hand tools and basic testing equipment, including a multimeter.
• Previous experience working directly with customers in a service environment.
• Comfortable with the manual handling/heavy lifting involved within the position.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Happy working independently in a field-based position.

The Package

• £28,000 - £32,000 starting salary.
