Synergi Search & Select Ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover London and surrounding areas. The role involves installing, servicing and repairing dispense and cooling equipment at customer sites, with comprehensive training and opportunities for progression.

The position offers a basic salary around £42k with bonus and paid travel, a company van and structured development plans. You will work Monday to Friday with some weekend cover in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical background required.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain dispense and cooling equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise customer downtime.
• Advise customers on equipment operation and best practice.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with procedures.

Are you a hands-on individual with a mechanical or technical background looking for a rewarding field-based role? We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join a growing engineering team covering London and the surrounding areas. Whether you have experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, plant, utilities, military or another technical environment, full product and technical training will be provided.

The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of dispense and cooling equipment at customer sites throughout London. You'll ensure equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
