Qualifications

• Open to school leavers, trainees and candidates who already have some experience in estimating or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction estimates, tenders and quotations.
• Take measurements from drawings and specifications.
• Obtain prices from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Compare quotations and check costs.
• Assist with cost control, valuations and commercial reports.
• Visit sites when required and work with the wider project team.
